Report: Naftogaz Ukrainy says wins suit against Gazprom

KIEV, Dec 22 (PRIME) -- Ukrainian energy holding Naftogaz Ukrainy has said that the Stockholm arbitration court ruled in its favor in a claim against Russian gas giant Gazprom over a gas supply contract, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing a statement of the company.

The court voided Gazprom’s take-or-pay condition and reduced the gas price for April–June 2014 to U.S. $352 for 1,000 cubic meters, according to the statement.
